We are a new small family run firm in the New Forest in hampshire. Our aim is to educate you how easy it is to grow your own soft fruit plants and help you choose the best varieties available to ensure whatever crop you are growing, you have a successful harvest.

General condition of sale

Making A Purchase

1.1 A contract is made for us to sell you goods when we accept an order from you you, made via our website.

1.2 To make a purchase simply browse through the site, adding to the cart any items you may wish to purchase. Once you have finished your order click the wheelbarrow checkout.

It is important that these details are filled in correctly and fully for delivery purposes.

1.3 Orders are accepted if goods are available and your credit or debit card is authorized for the transaction.

1.4 All orders and payments are acknowledged by email and will arrive within 5 to 10 working days from the time you placed your order, subject to availability.

1.5 We will charge your credit or debit card account for payment on receipt of your order. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed due to incorrect payment details.

1.6 Our online ordering is secure and powered by Protx, which provide high levels of internet and physical security to ensure sensitive information is never compromised.

1.7 We will take reasonable care to keep all information connected with your order secure but we cannot be held liable for any loss that you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorized access to any date, including credit and account details you provide when accessing or ordering from this website, unless this is solely due to our negligence.

Delivery

We will deliver the plants to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important this address is accurate and where possible the plants are signed for. If the plants cannot be signed for delivery please leave specific instructions where you wish the plants to be left on the Special Delivery Instruction Box when you place your order. An email conformation will be sent when plants are dispatched.

We endeavour to send plants within two weeks of order, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If delivery is delayed due to causes beyond our control we will extend the delivery time by a reasonable period and contact you with the new arrangements.

Postage and Packaging

Plants will be dispatched in wooden boxes for protection. Boxes can hold up to 6 mix and match plants

The boring legal stuff

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail does not constitute acceptance amounting to a contract; acceptance takes place when the product is despatched, until which time gro-berries.co.uk are entitled to withdraw the offer.

Gro-berries.co.uk will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery and will not be liable for any loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
